What is the dress code?

Answer

Mountain formal-ish :) We're calling it a 'Western Garden Party', so think colorful and florals with a western flare! If you are wearing heels, wear something with a block heel since we'll be outside. REMINDER: We are at high elevation and the sun will be very hot! Don't forget sunscreen if you burn easy!

Where should we stay?

We have room block at the Hampton Inn & Suites Salida. To book a room online, please use this link: https://group.hamptoninn.com/c1o2lq To book a room over the phone (719-539-7850), please use the code KLW to book with the group. You are welcome to stay wherever you would like, BUT there is very limited parking at the venue. We will be providing a shuttle service that will pick you up at the Hampton Inn & Suites Salida.

Can we stay at a different hotel?

Answer

You are welcome to stay anywhere you would like! There are great Airbnb's in the area too - please still park at the Hampton Inn & Suites Salida parking lot and get the shuttle to access the venue. It is very limited parking on site.

Highway 50, Salida, CO 81201 4:15pm - Ceremony 4:45pm - Cocktail Hour 6:15pm - Dinner 7:30pm - Dancing and dessert 9:00pm - Early shuttles available to take folks home 10:00pm - Event end 10:45pm - Last shuttle ride back to Hampton Inn & Suites
