Rehearsal dinner will be at Rose Creek Country Club. Unfortunately, due to space restrictions only immediate family and the wedding party are able to attend. A meal will be served along with a beer and wine bar. Food will be a Mexican buffet. Please contact the bride or groom or respond to the below question regarding any food restrictions or concerns. Speeches are welcome but not required!

Neighborhood provisions is the bar located in rose creek golf club but it is open to the public. While our rehearsal dinner is at this location, unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate immediate family and the wedding party, but we should be finished around 8 and will head over to the bar area immediately following. This is optional of course, but we would love for anyone attending the wedding to join! The bar closes at 10 and the bride and groom will be heading out at that point. Feel free to continue the party elsewhere and reach out for recommendations if needed! The hotel also has a bar that is open until 2 am.

The ceremony will take place outside unless unexpected weather concerns arise. A cocktail hour will begin after the ceremony and before dinner. Dinner seating will be indoors with the dance floor outside under a covered patio with heaters. Depending upon the weather conditions you may consider bringing a jacket to ensure your utmost comfort. A shuttle is available to and from the hotel block at A Loft. Please indicate on your RSVP if you intend to utilize the shuttle. If you plan to drive to the venue there is a parking lot available and if needed you are able to leave your car overnight. OKC has both Uber and Lyft for other modes of transportation which are typically easy to book. If you have any questions, please reach out.
