Our first time meeting technically was during graduation week at UMD. We met because my sister and her boyfriend at the time (now husband) were mutual friends with Rony. We later crossed paths during their engagement party. Afterwards there was mutual interest and sparks started between the two of us. While living in different cities the relationship was long distance but we still made time for each other

We hadn't been talking for very long before we had our first date. Rony came down to Mankato where we went out for dinner at the local hot spot Blue Bricks. The date was laid back and we both felt it was easy to talk to one another. After that first date we were inseparable.

During our amazing trip to the land down under is where he popped the question. After touring Sydney we ventured in land to the Blue Mountains to enjoy the Australian outback. Our first hike was to the infamous Three Sisters outlook where there were breath taking views and a proposal!
