When should we arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4pm, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow yourself time to get settled.

Is there a dress code?

Our dress code is semi formal/formal attire.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please mark in your RSVP any dietary restrictions that you might have and we will accommodate!

Although we love your little ones, please note our wedding reception will be an adult-only affair.

Due to venue capacity, we will only have space for those listed on your invite.

Please reach out to the bride or groom before the wedding weekend. If you have a question the weekend of the wedding, please reach out to the Maid of Honor, Makaela Reinhardt, or the Best Man, Zach Stencel.

What is the shuttle schedule?

Answer

If you plan on using the shuttle please stop by Fairfield Inn to check in with the shuttles. Shuttle from hotel to venue - Trip 1: 3:10 pm Shuttle from hotel to venue - Trip 2: 3:40 pm Any guests that choose to DRIVE, may return to the hotel between cocktail hour and reception - shuttle will take guests to venue. Shuttle Starts: 5:00 pm Shuttle Resumes: 9:00 pm LAST PICK UP: 11:59 pm
