How We Met

Highschool. They didn't exactly know each other we just knew of one another. Until Sarah's junior year, Ronnie's Senior year. They had weights class together where Ronnie had hinted he was interested in Sarah, but Sarah thought nothing of it. They also shared an english class and a graphic design class together. They did not date in high school. They actually didn't stay connected after graduation either. It wasn't until May of 2020 that Ronnie and Sarah had reconnected through a trendy dating app called "Tinder". At first, Sarah specified that she was only interested in a friendship with Ronnie. But who could turn down Ronnie's adorable blue eyes and his incredible sense of humor? Sarah and Ronnie shortly became inlove and just 2 years later had asked Sarah for her hand in marriage.

The Proposal

10/03/2022

Sarah and Ronnie had attended a wedding together in 2021. Since that day they had talked about wedding ideas. Sarah would often joke about waiting for Ronnie's proposal.. actually she would ask him everyday when he would finally propose. Sarah worked at a place called Pinot's Palette, a paint and sip. At the time, Ronnie's sister was coming into town and he knew he had to have the whole family around in order to propose. He sneakily arranged for the family, both his and Sarah's, to come together for a paint night. Sarah somehow did not suspect a thing. She was confused on some details of the night, but never suspected a proposal. The whole family managed to keep it a secret. The painting was a moon over a lake. In the moon Ronnie painted "will you marry me?" along with it written in braille. Below the moon he painted a man on his knee proposing to a witchy character. As they finished the painting, the instructor urged everyone to get on the stage for a class photo. Sarah and Ronnie stood in the very back. She attempted to look at Ronnie's painting but he turned each time. They all came down from the stage, Ronnie directly behind Sarah kneeled to the ground an held his painting in one hand and an engagement ring in the other. Sarah said yes!
