We would love to kick off celebrations with you Friday night! Dinner and drinks will be provided buffet style. Everyone is welcome!! Donovan Pavillion is less than a mile walk from the wedding hotel, The Grand Hyatt Vail. We encourage guests to walk down the Gore Creek Trail and take in Vail's beauty if able to do so. The concierge will be happy to help with directions to the trail if needed. There is also a parking lot at the venue where you are welcome to park.

Travel to the Venue Shuttles will pick up guests at 3:10pm and 3:30pm from the Grand Hyatt Vail. If you are not staying at the Grand Hyatt Vail we recommend establishing transportation to drop you off at the hotel by one of the departure times. You are able to valet your car at the Grand Hyatt Vail. *you are not able to park at the venue* *We highly recommend using the bathroom prior to boarding the shuttle as there is not a bathroom on wedding island* Departure Shuttles will begin to depart at 9:30pm (1 bus), 10:15pm (1 bus), and 11:00pm (2 busses) and take guests back to the Grand Hyatt Vail.
