When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by July 15, 2026, so we can finalize arrangements with our venue and catering team. We kindly ask all guests to respond by this date.

What time should guests arrive?

We kindly ask that guests plan to arrive 15–20 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking, seating, and settling in before the ceremony starts.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, cocktail attire is kindly requested. We also ask that guests reserve white dresses for the bride only to honor tradition and maintain the intended aesthetic for the day.

We love your little ones, but to allow all guests—especially parents—a chance to relax and enjoy the celebration, we are hosting an adults-only event. Thank you for your understanding.

We truly appreciate your excitement to celebrate with us! Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. Your invitation will specify exactly who is included. Thank you so much for understanding.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors, ensuring a comfortable experience for all of our guests.

After the ceremony, please head directly to the reception venue to enjoy cocktail hour and locate your designated seating for the celebration.

There is ample parking available in front of the church for the wedding ceremony, as well as plenty of parking in front of the hotel for the reception.

A buffet-style Southern comfort food meal will be served, with gluten-free friendly options available to ensure all guests can enjoy.

Is there an open bar?

Yes, we will have a limited open bar featuring a selection of 2–3 signature cocktails, wine, and beer for guests to enjoy.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony, meaning we ask guests to refrain from using phones, cameras, or other devices during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present and enjoy the moment. However, photos and videos are welcome during the reception, where you can capture and share the celebration freely.

We recommend staying at the hotel where the reception is held for convenience. This will make it easy to enjoy the celebration and return to your room afterward.
