The shuttle from the hotels to the venue will be available at 4pm. Please be ready in the parking lot of the Hilton Garden Inn at that time to board. The shuttles will not have a head count so they may leave without if you’re running late. The shuttles will be running multiple times after dinner. Check with the DJ or look for signs for shuttle departure times from the venue back to the hotel.
Flight
Dulles International Airport (IAD) is the closest airport to the venue. Both hotels have free shuttles to and from the hotels. You can also fly into Thurgood Marshall Baltimore-Washington Airport (BWI) or Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA), but the travel time to those airports is longer.
