Travel & Accommodations

How to get to NYC + where to stay.

Flight

LaGuardia, JFK or Newark

If you're flying into any of the three main NYC airports, you can easily commute to the city center by train (for JFK and Newark) or car (for JFK and LaGuardia). So book whichever flight is best for you.

Hotel

The Frederick Hotel

95 West Broadway
New York, NY 10007

This hotel is super close to our wedding venue in Tribeca, as well as several subway lines. Make sure to book using this link to get our group-rate discount, which is good for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights: shorturl.at/enpC7 If you have any issues with the booking site (depending on your browser, it can be glitchy when selecting the dates), just call the bookings office directly at 646-507-5403, and mention that you'd like to book a room as part of the Hutchinsai wedding block at the Frederick Hotel. The agents will take good care of you!

Train

Penn Station

For those of you coming from the DC area, taking the train is generally more convenient than flying. Just make sure to book your Amtrak tickets soon, since prices tend to increase the longer you wait.

House Or Rental

Airbnb

Airbnb is an easy and affordable way to experience NYC, and there are great rental options in many cool neighborhoods, including Williamsburg, Brooklyn (where we live), Tribeca (where our reception venue is), Chelsea, the East Village, the West Village, Gramercy, Flatiron and more. It's also very easy to get around by subway, taxi or Lyft/Uber.
