We are getting married!

We went to the same high school but did not really cross paths until after my (Alexandria) high school graduation. Ronnie and Matthias were in the same class, played football together and became best friends. So, we "formally" met at Matthias' and mine conjoined birthday party in the summer of 2012. Ronnie stayed the night and the 5 of us ended up playing Lord of the Rings Monopoly -- where Ronnie and I both developed a small crush on each other (though we didn't know it was mutual until years later). Years went by and our paths would cross typically every summer at someone's birthday party or graduation party at my parent's house. And the small affection would return. In 2017, my youngest brother had a graduation party and Ronnie came over. We started talking about The Office and I mentioned I hadn't seen the whole series and he suggested I come over to his house to watch it together. I wasn't expecting anything of it, but a few weeks later he invited me and from there, we became really good friends, and then fell in love.

The majority of our relationship was spent long distanced, due to my living overseas. So after I came home, we officially dated, and our second anniversary, we went to Raven Rock, hiked around and found a quiet spot to hang out. Then Ronnie asked me "Will you marry me?" And I said Yes!
