When is the RSVP deadline, and what happens if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

All RSVPs must be submitted by April 30, 2025 via the QR code/website on your invitation. Due to venue and catering arrangements, only guests who RSVP by this date will be admitted to the wedding. We kindly ask that you respond on time so we can finalize our guest list and ensure a smooth celebration. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but due to budget and space limitations, we’re only able to offer plus-ones to a limited number of guests. If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be noted in your RSVP details. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration, with the exception of children in the wedding party. We hope you enjoy a fun and relaxing evening with us!

When and where is the wedding?

We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Our wedding will take place on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 21 Main in North Myrtle Beach, SC. The ceremony will begin at 5:30PM, with the reception to follow at the same location. Let us know if you need any help with directions or accommodations—we can’t wait to see you there! 😊

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, while the reception will take place inside, offering a comfortable space for us to dance, eat, and celebrate together.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and finding your seat. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm and we kindly ask all guests to be seated by then. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! 😊

What time does the reception end?

Answer

Our reception will end promptly at 11:00 PM. We plan to dance, laugh, and celebrate all night long, but we want to make sure everyone has a great time and gets home safely.

Is there a specific hashtag for the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We’d love for you to share your photos and memories using our wedding hashtag: #OneInAWilliams. It’s a fun play on Aaliyah’s song One in a Million—we think it’s the perfect way to celebrate this once-in-a-lifetime love!

Where are you registered?

Answer

We’ve decided to forgo traditional material gifts as we don’t have a home to fill just yet. Instead, we’ve created a special fund on our "Registry" tab for the down payment fund for our first home. We kindly ask all guests to participate in the fund rather than bringing material items or boxed gifts. Your contribution to this will mean the world to us as we begin this next chapter of our lives!

Can I give a gift that’s not on the registry?

Answer

We would greatly appreciate it if guests would stick to the items listed on our registry page. Since we’re focused on saving for our home and honeymoon, this will help us fulfill those dreams. Thank you so much for your generosity!

Are there any hotel accommodations or room blocks available?

Answer

Our wedding will be held at North Beach Resort, which offers both hotel rooms and vacation homes for guests. While we haven’t arranged a room block, we encourage you to book directly with the resort for the best options. Additionally, we’ve listed other nearby hotel accommodations on the "Travel" tab of our website for your convenience. We hope this helps you find the perfect place to stay!
