Question
Are kids welcome?
Answer
As much as we LOVE all of your little ones, we are selfishly asking for parents' night out for the ceremony and reception. The prickly cacti and desert wildlife are not particularly kid friendly. We recognize some of you may be traveling with your kids, so please reach out to us directly and we can help coordinate babysitting options in the area. PARENTS' NIGHT OUT!

Transportation and Parking?
Answer
We have arranged for transportation to and from the venue the day of the wedding. The hotel block is about 45 min from the venue. There is limited parking at the venue and involves a long bumpy dirt road -- so we would really recommend taking advantage of the pre-arranged shuttles! Information below. If you need or would prefer to drive yourself, please reach out to us directly so we can plan accordingly. We know that everyone's circumstance is different! TO THE VENUE: please meet at the hotel block (Holiday Inn Express in Gilbert) - the bus will leave at 2:45 PM so don't be late! If you miss the bus it is definitely too far to Bird or Lime scooter. RETURN FROM THE VENUE: there will be one shuttle leaving at 10 PM for those who need to get to bed, and two additional shuttles at the scheduled end time of 11 PM. They will drop back off at the Hotel Block. **NOTE: there is NO CELL PHONE RECEPTION at the venue. You will not be able to call an Uber/Lyft from the wedding and we are not allowed to have any cars left on the property overnight. ***TLDR: please use the pre-arranged transport and let us know if you don't plan to***

Attire?
Answer
You should be good to go in cocktail attire! The whole event is outside, so plan your footwear accordingly. Bring a jacket for when the sun sets and the temperature dips. See below.

Weather?
Answer
At night we anticipate the temperature could dip into the low 50s/high 40s. It can get cold out in the desert. So either plan to bring a coat or drink a coat ;) We will have heaters for dinner, and weather permitting, there will be a bonfire (with s'mores, duh).

Other Logistics

1. The ENTIRE event (ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing) will be outside. We repeat - there is NO inside. Don't worry, there are bathrooms. 2. Cell service will be limited - we are getting married in the middle of the desert! Keep this in mind. - i.e. you will not be able to call an Uber/Lyft or live stream our sweet dance moves.
