Why did the wedding date change?

Answer

Due to a venue-initiated change that was outside of our control, we unfortunately had to move our wedding date. Our new date is Sunday, May 31, 2026, and the celebration will still take place at Camelback Resort. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask all guests to RSVP again through our website, even if you previously responded. We truly hope you can celebrate with us and are so grateful for your understanding.

What time should guests arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Guests should plan to arrive by 2:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM.

Where are the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place at Summit House. Following cocktail hour, guests will make their way to Camelback Resort for the formal reception. Travel time between venues is approximately 15 minutes, and the timing gap is built in to allow for this transition.

What are the directions getting from Ceremony to Reception?

Answer

Guests will have to drive down from Summit House to the Reception Hall which is located in Camelback Hotel Lodge (about 10 minutes). There will also be a shuttle bus for guests who booked lodging at Camelback Resort.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome as long as you have RSVP for them noting if they would like food from the resort or not for the wedding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have room blocks at Camelback Resort, right on site for the ceremony, so book yours while it lasts. What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. To help our color palette shine, we kindly ask guests to avoid wearing light pink or light grey. Thank you!
