Shuttle
August 9, 2019 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm
We will have a shuttle service picking guests up from the hotels beginning at 2:30 PM. The last pickup will be around 3:40 PM in order to get guests to the venue before the start of the wedding at 4:00 PM. There are two 18-passenger shuttles running during this time. One shuttle will pick up from Fairfield Inn and Suites & Best Western Alexandria Inn and then run over to Holiday Inn and the other shuttle will pick up guests at Super 8 and Days Inn. Everyone is more than welcome to drive their own vehicle as well but if you're planning on drinking we encourage you to use a shuttle :-)

We will have one 18-passenger shuttle available for guests to ride back to their hotels from the reception beginning at 9:00 PM. This shuttle will drop you off at whichever hotel you are staying at. It will make a loop to all hotels necessary and head back to the reception for another group. The reception ends at midnight so the last shuttle will leave shortly after that time.
Travel Note
Alexandria hotels book up very quickly in the summer months so we encourage our wedding guests to book their rooms early. You can always cancel if plans change ;-) If you call a hotel and our blocks of rooms are full, please take a look on Hotels.com, Expedia, or other booking websites. You may be able to book through other avenues at the same hotels!
