What date should I RSVP by?

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing a date, unless we included a guest on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

Can children attend?
Answer
Due to our reception venue having a strict guest limit, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate children beyond infants, those in our wedding party, and immediate family at our reception. If your child was not specifically included in your invitation, they are welcome to attend our wedding Mass but will not be able to attend our reception. Infants who do not require a seat are welcome to attend both.

Where should I stay?

We have reserved a hotel block. Please visit the travel section of our website to view the information.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our wedding Mass will start promptly at 4pm. We ask that you be seated by 3:45pm.

Can I take pictures during the Wedding Mass?
Answer
We kindly request that all phones be turned off in Church in order to preserve the reverence of Mass and allow for our photographer to have the best shots. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

What should I wear?
Answer
Our dress code is formal attire. Women should wear floor length formal dresses or pantsuits. Men should wear a suit, with a jacket and tie or bow tie. Tuxedos are not required.

What type of food will be served?
Answer
We will have hors d'oeuvres and a dinner buffet along with dessert. There will also be an open bar with wine and beer. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please make sure to let us know when you RSVP.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
September in West Chester is fairly mild. Expect 70°’s (F) in the daytime with temps dropping down to the low 50°’s (F) at night. We suggest packing layers.
