Both the ceremony and the reception are being held at the Community Life Center in Indianapolis, IN. The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception indoors at the same location.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Seating will commence 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. We are kindly asking that all guests arrive at thirty minutes before ceremony is set to begin.
Semi-formal - (Suit and tie and cocktail dresses) Out of respect for the bride and groom, please refrain from wearing white or ivory.
Yes; an RSVP is absolutely mandatory. This is our method of guaranteeing sufficient seating and meals for each one of our guests. You may only RSVP for the allotted number of guests listed on your invitation. In the event that you are unable to attend, we kindly request that you still indicate so through an RSVP.
Regretfully, NO exceptions will be made for guests who show up without having RSVP'd
We kindly request that all RSVPs be made through our wedding website (RSVP tab above). You will be prompted to type in your name and further directions will be provided from there. Follow along until you receive your confirmation. If any issues or confusion is encountered, the wedding coordinator may be contacted to confirm an RSVP.

You will be missed! If prior to the wedding, notify either the bride, or groom as soon as your plans change and you can no longer attend the wedding. For day-of complications, please only contact the wedding coordinator, Janice Johnson.
Although we would love to accommodate everyone who would like to celebrate this momentous occasion with us, we have a strict guest list. We can only host guests whose names were listed on the invitations. There will be hostess checking for names at the door.
Complimentary self-parking is available on site.
Although we are elated to celebrate this moment with all of our loved ones, the safety of our guest and staff is our number one priority. With that being said, please STAY HOME if you begin to exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19 or if you have been exposed to anyone carrying the virus. Sanitizing stations will be set up at different corners of the venue. Masks will not be required but we fully understand that everyone's comfort levels may vary. With that being said, please feel free to wear your masks and social distance if you so choose. Your preferences will be respected. Additionally, we strongly encourage all of our attending guests to get vaccinated.
Days fluctuate between warm and cool temperatures while the evenings are brisk. We encourage you to check the forecast a week prior to the wedding.
