If you're wanting a direct flight, we encourage you to fly from Charlotte to Las Vegas, which is roughly a 5-hour flight. You could also fly out of Columbia, SC but there are no direct flights so a layover/transfer will be required.

Party Bus from Wyndham to Ceremony

August 11, 2018 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

We have arranged a big ol' party bus to shuttle all guests to the ceremony and back with drinks and snacks provided on the bus! Everyone wanting to ride the party bus will need to meet up at Wyndham no later than 4:00pm to get loaded up. We will be leaving at 4:30pm on the dot! If you'd like to make your own travel arrangements please give us a heads up. 4:00 pm - Meet in Wyndham Lobby 4:30 pm - Party Bus leaves Wyndham 5:30 pm - Arrive at Canyon for 6pm Ceremony 6:30 pm - Group Photos and Exploring Canyon 7:30 pm - Leave Eldorado Canyon 8:30 pm - Arrive at Carmine's for 9pm Reception

Shuttle from Wyndham to Harrah's

For our guests staying at Wyndham, the hotel has a shuttle service that runs back and forth from 9am-10pm to Harrah's Hotel and Casino. Harrah's is in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip and directly across the street from Caesar's Palace.
