Question
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. If there is rain in the forecast, the ceremony will be located at the Solomon Run Pavilion.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by the date listed on the invitation. We know items can get lost in the mail, therefore, please also RSVP on our website as well so you can celebrate with us!! If you do not RSVP you cannot attend our wedding!

What do I do if I can't make it?
Answer
You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Formal invitations will be received by August.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Although we love your little ones! We have decided to keep our reception an adults only event and request that no children under the age of 16 attend. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Dress code is casual attire. Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees. NO cream/white colors please!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! There will be plenty of handicap parking and regular parking at the reception. If you are coming to the ceremony, please do not park between the house and the garage as this is part of our aisle! There is plenty of parking down below the house and in front of the garage that faces Solomon Run Road. If you are parking down below the house, please ensure that you are parked at least past the bottom garage! We do not want your cars in the background of our photos!

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We have hired an amazing photographer and fantastic videographers which they will be there to capture all the moments of the ceremony! We do kindly ask that phones be put away during the ceremony portion. Feel free to take as many photos/videos once the ceremony is finished!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Absolutely! Please notify Ron and Taylor before the wedding that way they can share with the caterer!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to party! For this reason we encourage you to please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safe!

Card and gifts
Answer
Your presence is more than enough! However, if you wish to gift us something we have created cash funds that can be used towards date nights, home renovations, upgrading our kitchen appliances, etc. These cash funds from Zola and Amazon can be found on our registry tab.
