Ron proposed while on a cruise in Italy. We were in the charming town of Sorrento and while having wine & charcuterie, he pulled out the ring and asked the question. (He actually proposed with a wedding band because he didn't want to choose the engagement ring himself.) Kelly was surprised beyond belief and couldn't even answer the question for quite a few minutes! Then on April 15, he did what we call "Proposal 2.0" in a gondola in Venice...the site he actually wanted to propose at but couldn't wait until that stop on our trip. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Escondido!
