We're getting married!

Rewinding back to 2018: Ron and Jessica’s story began thanks to two of their closest confidants—his best friend and her cousin. Their first meeting was over brunch at a local pub, where Ron proposed a playful deal: if he won a game of rock-paper-scissors, Jessica would have to stick around for the rest of the day’s festivities. She lost! (She didn’t know yet that Ron always chooses rock.) From that lighthearted moment, a natural bond began to form. Not long after, Ron asked Jessica out on a Valentine’s date. Knowing her love for poetry, he planned an evening at an open mic night (very smooth, Ron 😉). Jessica was struck by Ron’s thoughtfulness, his pure heart, and how effortlessly he made her laugh with his endless dad jokes. For Ron, it was Jessica’s selflessness, gentle spirit, and the way she constantly lifted him up that won him over. Their connection deepened as they spent countless hours talking about everything—from life’s deepest questions to the silliest topics imaginable. Through each milestone and every challenge, they were unwavering by each other’s side. But the most significant milestone was their shared decision to come into faith and follow Jesus. This choice became the cornerstone of their relationship, drawing them even closer as they built their bond on His love. God knew exactly what He was doing when He brought these two together—a match truly made in heaven. And now, they can’t wait to begin this next chapter as The Soon-to-be Singsons!
