We’re skipping the formal fluff and diving straight into the good stuff: starting with hors d'oeuvres and a self-serve beer and wine station—grab a glass, pour your favorite, and settle in. For dinner, prepare your soul for a full-blown taco bar followed by a dessert bar to keep your energy up for the dance floor. Just a heads-up: while the afternoon will be gorgeous, that North Carolina air gets a bit "light jacket" chilly once the sun dips, so bring a layer to keep the celebration going.
