Flights & Transfers
FLIGHTS
CORK | Unfortunately the direct route from Cork has been cancelled from March onward :(
If there is any change to this we will update people but recommend to book your flights assuming it will not return.
DUBLIN | There are daily flights with Aer Lingus and Ryanair, and both have flights arriving in Rome on Monday the 27th July 2026 that will give plenty time to arrive for the Welcome BBQ.
We will arrange a transfer from FCO Airport on this day.
SHANNON | Shannon have flights on Saturday and Wednesdays only.
TRANSFERS
Airport transfers to and from the venue will be arranged for Monday 27th July (the day you arrive) and Thursday 30th July (the day you depart).
Once you book, please let us know your flight booking details so we can organise the transfers.
