We're getting married!

We first crossed paths on a summer night at Crave Lounge in Dearborn. Ron spotted RoNeisha at the bar and struck up a conversation. We made our way to the dance floor, shared a song, and exchanged numbers. The timing wasn’t quite right. We were in very different chapters of our lives. Instead of forcing something that wasn't ready to bloom, we built a casual friendship that lived mostly in Facebook likes, comments, and the occasional “Hey, stranger” messages that reminded us we hadn't forgotten each other. Twelve years. That's how long the universe made us wait. In October 2021, a simple message turned into a real conversation. That conversation turned into a date. And that date? It turned into the love story we'd been waiting for without even knowing we were waiting. We officially began our journey together as a couple in the spring of 2022. And in the most beautiful twist of fate, we became official on the very same date we'll be standing at the altar saying "I do." Because sometimes the universe has a sense of humor. Sometimes it makes you wait. And sometimes, the right person shows up twice. The first time to plant a seed. The second time to grow it into something real. This is our story.
