We're Getting Married

On the afternoon of August 15th, 2013 I was headed for lunch with a friend which of course was running late. I was getting out my car when I heard a voice say "excuse me, ma'am". We introduced ourselves and he escorted me to the restaurant where I was meeting my friend. Once we got to the restaurant we exchanged numbers and the rest is history.

It is always a hassle to get my Fiancé to take pictures with me so when my best friend suggested that he wanted to use us to build his portfolio up I was ecstatic. I tried to bribe him into taking the pictures and he finally said ok. He picked the place and the day and I knew he was serious about doing them. Little did I know that the reason he picked his birthday to take the pictures and also wanted to take them at the place we first met was to propose to me at the same place we exchanged number 6 years ago. Even though that restaurant is not there anymore the surprise was so overwhelming that I could not believe it. This proposal was everything to me and the fact that my daughter got to witness it meant the world to me.
