If you are travelling from New York State this would be the best mode of transportation. Visit the website provided for train schedules (Click "view" below). Take the NYC subway to 34th street Penn Station and take a NJ transit train to Secaucus Junction. Then take another train going towards Bergen (Tracks G and H). Exit the train at either Plauderville or Garfield station.
