We kindly request Semi-Formal attire to maintain a polished, tasteful, and elegant atmosphere. Suggested examples: Men: Suit jackets or blazers, dress shirts, ties, and dress shoes. Women: Cocktail or floor-length dresses, or dressy jumpsuits; heels or dressy flats recommended. *** Please refrain from wearing jeans, t-shirts, sneakers, or overly casual clothing***

Please RSVP as soon as possible so we can provide our venue and chef with an accurate guest count. The deadline to submit your RSVP is Monday, August 31st. We kindly ask that you respond by this date to ensure we can accommodate you accordingly. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Please arrive between 5:00 PM- 5:15 PM to allow time to be seated, enjoy a welcome drink, and visit with family and friends before the ceremony. Guests that arrive after the ceremony has begun will be asked to wait until the vows are complete before entering.

We kindly request that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so our professional photography team can capture the service without obstruction. Guests are welcome to take photos during cocktail hour and the reception.

We respectfully request an adults-only celebration. Children are not invited except for any specific exceptions previously communicated by the bride and groom.

Valet Parking at The Doubletree Hotel will be available for all wedding guests. The valet fee is $20.00 per vehicle, and payable directly to the valet service upon arrival. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes for parking before the ceremony begins.
