Please arrive between 5:00 PM- 5:15 PM to allow time to be seated, enjoy a welcome drink, and visit with family and friends before the ceremony. Guests that arrive after the ceremony has begun will be asked to wait until the vows are complete before entering.
We kindly request that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so our professional photography team can capture the service without obstruction. Guests are welcome to take photos during cocktail hour and the reception.

Valet Parking at The Doubletree Hotel will be available for all wedding guests. The valet fee is $20.00 per vehicle, and payable directly to the valet service upon arrival. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes for parking before the ceremony begins.
