Can I bring a "plus one"?

Answer

We've tried to invite as many of our close family and friends as possible, but we do have limited space. We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, pets included, we are only able to accommodate the number of guests invited. We have decided to keep this special occasion and adult only celebration. Please enjoy a night off, relax, unwind and celebrate with us to the fullest!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st, 2025 by using the RSVP tab on the website menu. If you do not RSVP by that date, we will assume you are unable to attend.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3:30pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Can I use my phone to take photos at the ceremony?

Answer

We would like to have an unplugged ceremony! We've hired the professionals to take care of the special moments to come. Please enjoy some time without your phone, have a seat and be present with us!

What accommodations are available if I am spending the night in town?

Answer

We're so excited you're coming to town! We have reserved two hotels on the travel page linked above in the "TRAVEL" tab. Please head there for more details!

What is the parking situation?

Answer

The venue is located in Downtown Rockford. Parking is free. There is a parking lot available in front and back of the brewery as well as a covered lot across the street. If you are staying at one of the hotels, we will also have a shuttle service to the venue and back to your hotel (Hilton or Embassy) , for your convenience!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will be providing beer, seltzers and wine! Liquor will be available for purchase. With that being said, we encourage you to use the hotel shuttles or make sure you have a safe ride home!
