Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be provided between the hotel and the venue. The shuttle will depart the hotel at 3:45 PM on the way to the venue. The return shuttle will depart the venue at 10:00 PM.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Food selections will be taken at the table. The venue is able to accomodate most dietary restrictions.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30. We suggest arriving at 4:00 to 4:15. Please arrive no later than 4:15.
