Question

Will you guys be taking COVID-19 precautions?

Answer

Yes! We are asking everyone to get tested the weekend before our wedding. We ask that if you have not been vaccinated or if you are a high-risk individual that you keep your mask on at all times. We ask that you frequently wash your hands and sanitize as often as needed. Sanitizing station will be placed throughout the venue along with masks if you have forgotten yours. We discourage guests from coming who feel they are putting themselves at risk in any way. If you feel you would be exposed to even a small amount of risk by joining us, that is too much risk, and we kindly ask you please not attend. We do not want anyone putting themselves in harm's way for the sake of this day.

Question

What if I RSVP'd to come, but starting to feel ill?

Answer

We understand. We rather you not come and spread something that could get others sick.

Question

What if I can't/don't want to get tested?

Answer

Then please stay home until you can get tested. We're trying to ensure the safety of all our guests as best as possible.

Question

What if I get sick from attending your wedding?

Answer

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people are present. By attending this wedding, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure of COVID-19 and any other communicable disease. Be safe.

Question

What kind of food will be at the wedding?

Answer

Lunch after the wedding ceremony will have a traditional Gujarati meal. For the rest of the events, there will be a mix of Indian & Mexican food. We have had a few taste testing with our caterer to ensure the food is not too spicy.

Question

I have never been to an Indian wedding. Do I have to wear Indian clothes?

Answer

We want you guys to be comfortable and have a great time! You certainly don't have to wear Indian clothes but we are asking guests to at least come dressed in formal attire. However, if you've been itching to try some Indian clothes, then Etsy.com is a great place to start. Please just refrain from wearing anything black for the wedding ceremony. If you have specific questions about the outfits then feel free to reach out to Roma or Mario.

Question

Will you guys be notifying guests if someone test positive or came in contact with someone who was positive?

Answer

We ask that if anyone tests positive or has come in contact with someone who has tested positive, then to please notify us. You will remain anonymous, but it is important to notify the rest of our guests so they can take necessary precautions.

Question

Anything else???

Answer

Please feel free to reach out to Roma or Mario if you have any other questions.
