In the summer of 2016 after matching on dating app we started talking right away and found we had many things in common. We both played hard to get, but could not keep those games up much longer. Before we knew it, we made plans to meet. On August 22nd, we finally met for the first time and felt an instant connection. By August 29th, I officially asked Romina to be my girlfriend. Hiking has always been a fun activity for us and we have gone on several adventures over the last 5 years. For the weekend of our 4 year anniversary, we wanted to explore a new park we hadn't hiked together before. We chose Catoctin Mountain Park and enjoyed a nice lunch at an overlook with gorgeous views. On our way back down a mountain, Kyle made a bold move to walk off the trail. As I expressed my hesitation of getting lost to Kyle, he made an even bolder move. When I turned around, he was on his knee! The rest is history...
