How Do I RSVP?

ENGLISH: To confirm your attendance, simply click the “RSVP” tab on this website, enter your name, and follow the instructions. For guests traveling from outside Italy, a flight booking confirmation number will be required to complete your RSVP. ITALIANO: Come possiamo confermare la nostra presenza? Per confermare la vostra presenza, vi basterà cliccare sulla sezione “RSVP” di questo sito, inserire il vostro nome e seguire le istruzioni. Per gli invitati che viaggiano dall’estero, sarà richiesto il numero di conferma della prenotazione del volo per completare la conferma di partecipazione.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

ENGLISH: We kindly ask you to confirm your attendance by March 4, 2027. As we will be welcoming guests from different countries, receiving your RSVP by the requested deadline will help us carefully plan every detail and ensure an unforgettable experience for everyone. Please note that if we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, we will kindly consider your lack of response as an indication that you are unable to attend and will make our arrangements accordingly. Vi chiediamo gentilmente di confermare la vostra presenza entro il 4 marzo 2027. Trattandosi di un matrimonio che prevede l’arrivo di invitati da diversi Paesi, la vostra conferma entro la data indicata ci aiuterà a organizzare al meglio ogni dettaglio e a garantire a tutti un’esperienza indimenticabile. Can I bring a date?

ENGLISH In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you receive a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP. ITALIANO Posso portare un accompagnatore? Per mantenere il nostro matrimonio il più intimo possibile, potranno partecipare solo gli ospiti indicati nell’invito. Se il vostro invito prevede un accompagnatore, il suo nome o la relativa opzione apparirà al momento della conferma di partecipazione.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

ENGLISH Yes! Our wedding will follow a Black Tie dress code, and we kindly ask all guests to dress in formal attire. For the ladies, floor-length gowns, and for the gentlemen tuxedos or formal suits with a dress shirt and tie or bow tie. Formal footwear is required for all guests. ITALIANO È previsto un codice di abbigliamento? Sì! Il nostro matrimonio prevede un codice di abbigliamento da cerimonia formale e chiediamo gentilmente a tutti gli invitati di indossare un abbigliamento elegante. Per le signore, abito lungo fino a terra; per i signori, smoking oppure abito formale con camicia e cravatta o papillon. Sono richieste calzature formali per tutti gli ospiti.

Is there transportation during your wedding day?

ENGLISH Yes! We have arranged shuttle transportation to and from the ceremony and reception for guests staying at Hotel Villa Maria Regina. Pick-up times and locations will be provided closer to the wedding date. ITALIANO È previsto un servizio di previsto un servizio di trasporto dagli hotel alla cerimonia e al ricevimento? Sì! Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

ENGLISH: We kindly ask that you silence and put away your phones during our ceremony so everyone can be fully present and enjoy this special moment with us. We have an amazing team of professional photographers, videographers, and content creators who will capture every beautiful moment, and we promise to share all the photos and videos with you! Thank you for helping us create a truly memorable and unplugged ceremony. ITALIANO: Posso fare foto e video durante la cerimonia? Vi chiediamo gentilmente di silenziare e riporre i vostri telefoni durante la cerimonia, per permettere a tutti di vivere appieno questo momento così speciale insieme a noi. Avremo al nostro fianco un fantastico team di fotografi, videografi e content creator professionisti, che immortaleranno ogni istante di questa giornata indimenticabile. Will the reception take place immediately after the ceremony?

ENGLISH; No, there will be a break between the ceremony and the reception. Our wedding ceremony will begin at 12:30 PM at the Basilica of Santa Maria in Aracoeli, followed by our reception at 5:00 PM at Castello di Tor Crescenza. During this time, guests are welcome to return to their accommodations, relax, freshen up, or enjoy a little more of Rome before the evening celebrations begin. ITALIANO: Il ricevimento si terrà subito dopo la cerimonia? No, è prevista una pausa tra la cerimonia e il ricevimento. La cerimonia avrà inizio alle 12:30 presso la Basilica di Santa Maria in Aracoeli, mentre il ricevimento inizierà alle 17:00 presso il Castello di Tor Crescenza. Durante questo intervallo, gli invitati potranno rientrare in hotel per rilassarsi, rinfrescarsi e prepararsi per i festeggiamenti, oppure approfittarne per godersi ancora un po’ la bellezza di Roma.

Will there be a wedding registry?

ENGLISH: Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift we could ask for, especially for those traveling from afar to celebrate with us. We have chosen not to create a traditional wedding registry. For those who wish to honor us with a gift, we would be grateful for a monetary contribution in an envelope to help us build our future together. Above all, we are simply grateful to have you by our side as we begin this beautiful new chapter of our lives. ITALIANO: Avete una lista nozze? La vostra presenza al nostro matrimonio è il regalo più bello che potremmo desiderare, soprattutto per chi affronterà un lungo viaggio per festeggiare insieme a noi. Abbiamo scelto di non creare una lista nozze tradizionale. Per chi desiderasse farci un regalo, saremo felici di ricevere un contributo in busta, che ci aiuterà a costruire il nostro futuro insieme. Ciò che conta davvero per noi è avervi al nostro fianco mentre iniziamo questo meraviglioso nuovo capitolo della nostra vita.
