We ask that guests please arrive at the venue at 4:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail attire. Men, feel free to forego the ties and suit jackets if you'll be too warm. Women, consider bringing a pair of flats or sneakers to change into for dancing!

Your invitation and RSVP should indicate if we are accounting for a "plus one" but please reach out to Romi if you have questions.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your kids, we would also love to celebrate with you while you are at your most relaxed and not worried about keeping track of your little ones for the evening! We understand some of you will be traveling with your children from out of state, so we are planning to set up a kid's night with several adults supervisors at a separate location in town. Please ask Romi (407-242-5077) for more details if you are interested in this option.

Is there parking at the venue?

The venue has a large parking lot, just please make sure to have a designated driver. Unfortunately, there is no Lyft or Uber in the area, so you would need to request a taxi if you'd prefer not to drive.

What is the venue like?
Answer
The Crag Rat Hut is an indoor/outdoor venue overlooking orchards with Mt. Hood in the background. The ceremony and dancing will be outdoors, and dinner will be served upstairs in the main room. While we will have a few outdoor yard games, there should not be much need to walk through grass, so heels should not be a problem as long as you are comfortable on cobblestone!

Will you have a shuttle to get to the wedding?
Answer
Due to our guests being quite spread out in their accommodations, we will not be having a shuttle and ask that you secure your own transportation to and from the venue.

Temperature typically ranges from 59°F to 80°F in Hood River at the start of July.
