Tucson Airport. You can also fly into Phoenix, however it is a 1.5-2 hour drive to Tucson from there just something to keep in mind you may need to rent a car or hire other transportation services.
Our wedding will be a formal affair. Cocktail dress and button ups are encouraged. We also suggest bringing a coat in case the weather is chilly that day/night.
Average highs are around 70 with lows in the 30-40's. Usually a little chilly/breezy, we suggest you pack layers just in case!
It's about a 30 minute drive.
No, there will not be shuttles from the hotels but we are working on providing shuttles from the Church to Stardance. This is to be determined and we will let you all know as the date approaches.
For cocktail hour, we will have chips, salsa, guacamole and sweet and spicy meatballs. For dinner, we will have a buffet salad with balsamic and Italian dressing, prickly pear chicken served with roasted veggies and red roasted garlic potatoes. Our meal options are catered to the boys food allergies and hope you all find our options as delicious as we did. *Note nothing is vegan but the food does not include dairy, eggs or peanuts as these are the food allergies our boys have. We kindly ask that if you eat outside food before the reception be mindful and wash your hands as we would like to have as little stress as possible that day and want our boys to also enjoy their time and avoid having reactions.
No, you are more than welcome to stay wherever you would like in Tucson! There are plenty of places to stay and other beautiful hotels and resorts if you wish to stay elsewhere. We just added these options for convenience, and distance from both the church/venue and for comfort.
