Question

In terms of COVID19, what's required to enter the premises?

Answer

In order to keep loved ones safe, especially those who are vulnerable to COVID19, we are REQUIRING every guest to either have a negative COVID19 test 72 hours before the wedding date (3/30/22) or proof of vaccination for COVID19. We request you send a screen shot of either of those to us at romavera2022@gmail.com so that we can update your information to be allowed to enter the premises. You will not be allowed to enter without either of these precautions. Thank you for being considerate with the health and safety of those around you.

Answer

We are looking forward to having our guests relax and enjoy an evening of celebration—our wedding will be an adult-only occasion. We politely request no children at this private, intimate event.

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would request that you do not bring additional guests. We are taking strict count of people considering COVID19 precautions and want to keep people safe!

We politely ask that you consider a formal or cocktail attire dress code.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

We will have the wedding ceremony and the reception at the same location. Both will be at the Grand Gimeno venue: 146 N. Grand Street, Orange, CA 92866

Answer

The ceremony and ensuing cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception and dance floor will be indoors.

You will be missed! If you cannot make the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

En términos de COVID19, ¿qué se requiere para entrar al local?

Para mantener seguros a sus nuestros queridos, especialmente a aquellos que son vulnerables a COVID19, REQUERIMOS que todos los invitados tengan una prueba negativa de COVID19, 72 horas antes de la fecha de la boda (30/3/22) o un comprobante de vacunación contra COVID19.
