When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

15-30 minutes before the 4:00 p.m. ceremony should give you ample time to find the venue, park, and get seated. Please consider driving time into your planning so you can get there safely!

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal.

How is cell phone reception at the venue?

Service is quite spotty at the venue, so it may be a good idea to download directions ahead of time in case you lose reception. Please remember to silence your phones before the ceremony!

We have allotted some room for plus ones; please check your invitation.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Since we are doing a taco bar, we aren't taking special requests. However, most items aside from flour tortillas are gluten free, and there will be plenty of dairy-free and vegetarian options. Allergens will be clearly labeled, aside from desserts.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there will be ample parking and an attendant available to help with your arrival.

Is smoking allowed?

We can’t have smoking of any kind at the venue. Thank you for understanding.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your kiddos, we ask that you enlist a trusted sitter for the evening and make it a date night or just a fun night out! This allows us to account for space limitations, safety, and ensure we are more fully present with each other. We know this can make things tricky and are happy to help connect you with a babysitter if needed.
