When do I need to book a room in the hotel block by?

Answer

Please make your hotel reservation by May 16th, 2024 to ensure you get a room in our reserved room block.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the National Aviary has ~60 free parking spaces. If you need to leave your car overnight the gate locks at 11 PM after the event. Plan to pick up your car the following day between 8 AM and 11 AM. At 11 AM the parking lot will become a paid meter parking lot.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! For those staying at the hotels, we are providing transportation to and from the venue.

What is the wedding dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Answer

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
