As soon as possible! Rooms are limited, and booking early ensures you’ll be part of our group block and have access to all wedding events.

Answer

We recommend making your deposit as soon as possible, to secure your spot in paradise, ensure ample time for processing passports, and organizing your travel arrangements. The deposit is $50 per person or $100 per room (whichever is greater), allowing us to secure your spot in paradise. There is also an option to purchase travel insurance at an additional cost upon checkout if you would like.

We kindly ask that all guests book their rooms through our wedding group (not the hotel directly) to ensure you’re included in the fun, receive special rates, and stay close to the celebration. Resort charges for guests who book outside the group to pay a $100 per event, per person fee to attend wedding events - this may include the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.

Beach formal - dressy but breathable. Linen or lightweight fabrics, maxi dresses, or dressy separates are perfect. Please no swimwear, cargo or athletic shorts, tshirts, tank tops or flip-flops.

Yes! The resort is family-friendly with plenty of kid activities, though there is an adults only side of the resort.

Yes! The Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya offers the Hard Rock Roxity Kids Club™, a complimentary, supervised program for children ages 4–12, available daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Kids can enjoy games, crafts, music, and other fun activities while you relax knowing they’re in safe hands. This is a personalized private nanny babysitter service that is different than the kids club. These sitters will be dedicated to your child(ren) only and will be in your room. Nanny/babysitter services are an extra fee and reservations must be made directly at the ROXITY Kids Club 24 hours in advance. NANNY SERVICE AND CONDITIONS: Minimum age is 6 months. -Cost: $125 USD or $2,000 MXN (cash only) for 4 hours; covers up to 2 children ages 4–12. -Children under 4: Each child under 4 must have their own nanny (no exceptions). -Third child (ages 4–12): +$63 USD for the 4-hour block; +$16 USD or $250 MXN per extra hour. -Extra time: $30 USD or $500 MXN per additional hour (cash only; payable at the end). Extra nanny: You may hire an additional nanny if needed (e.g., traveling with relatives). Payment: Full amount is due when you sign the babysitter contract (cash only). No refunds. Start time: Service begins at the scheduled time you selected. Contract: Must be signed by a parent or legal guardian of the minor(s). Yes! We’ll share a detailed itinerary closer to the date, but expect plenty of fun and time to celebrate together.

Yes, instead of traditional gifts, we’ve set up a honeymoon fund to help us create unforgettable newlywed memories. You can find it under the “Registry” tab on our site.

We recommend Cancún International Airport (CUN). From there, it’s about an hour’s drive to the resort.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

Transportation from and back to the airport (round trip) is included in your room booking with the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya. Shared round-trip ground transfers from Cancun (CUN) airport are included with your booking. Once you book your room, you’ll receive automated reminder emails to enter your flight information (at 45 days, 24 days, and 7 days before travel). Please make sure to enter this info at least 3 weeks before travel, so transportation vouchers can be issued. ✈️ Arrival: Your transfer confirmation/voucher will be emailed to you 1–2 weeks before the trip. ✈️ Departure: Your return transfer details will be provided to you upon arrival in Mexico. 👉 Important: Transfers are included only from Cancun (CUN) airport. If you plan to fly into the new Tulum airport, there will be an additional cost. Please let our wedding specialist know so she can provide pricing. 🔒 Private Transfers: If you’d like to upgrade from shared transfers to a private/non-stop transfer, this option will be available closer to the wedding date with pricing details provided. If your flight information changes within 72 hours of travel, the system will automatically notify the transportation company to adjust your pickup time. You will receive an email from Lomas (Cancun/Riviera Maya/Play Mujeres). Be sure to provide your flight information to book your transportation.

The resort is all-inclusive - meals, drinks, entertainment, and many activities are included. Some spa services, tours, and special attractions may have an extra cost. please check with hotel for more details.

✈️ Travel Tips Passports: Ensure your passport is valid for your travel dates. Keep a digital copy on your phone. Flights: Fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN) - about 1 hour from the resort. Booking: All rooms and transfers should be booked through WeddingDestinations.com to be part of our group block. Transportation: Roundtrip from and back to the airport is included with your room booking. More details to come on the reservation process for that. Weather (February): Warm days and evenings may be a little cool and breezy so be sure to pack light layers. Packing Essentials: Reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, bug spray, comfortable sandals/water shoes, and a light sweater for air-conditioned spaces. Currency: Mexican pesos are local, but USD is widely accepted. Bring small bills for tips. Power: Same plugs/voltage as the U.S. (no adapter needed). Water & Food: Drink bottled water; resort restaurants use purified water. Tipping: Not mandatory but highly appreciated for housekeeping, bartenders, servers, and drivers.
