When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than April 5th. RSVPs received after this date will not allow us to plan for your seat as our vendors require a firm head count.

Are plus ones and children allowed?

Answer

We have a limited guest list, so please take a look at the names listed on your RSVP as these are the people we have saved a seat for.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The venue will open at 4 pm for seating. We would recommend that you arrive by 4:30 pm or earlier.

Will your wedding be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

If the weather cooperates, we plan to hold the ceremony outside and the reception inside. You can cool off with cold refreshments provided at the entrance before the ceremony!

Where can I park?

Answer

Once on FM 200, you will turn onto RD 1237 and take your first right, leading you directly to the parking lot in front of the reception and ceremony. We will have a friend directing parking spots.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Yes!

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We will be serving a variety of BBQ meats and sides. We will not have designated dietary accommodations. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotels?

Answer

No, we will not be setting up shuttles. There will be plenty of parking at the venue!

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

No, but please refer to the travel tab for nearby hotel options.
