When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. If staying at our hotel block, shuttles will be available to bring you to Bear Brook Valley prior to the ceremony start time. If driving to the venue, please allow time for traffic/distance/availability of ride share services.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We encourage our guests to embrace bold colors while adhering to the formal dress code for our wedding day. To add a stylish twist, we invite you to wear high-end fashion footwear such as Jordans, Adidas, New Balance, and similar brands. Please refrain from wearing Vans to maintain the elevated vibe of the event.

We love your kids but our wedding will be child-free, so please enjoy a parent's night out. :)

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have a hotel block available to book (please refer to the 'travel' tab for details - Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Newton, approx. 10 minutes from venue). There are other hotels in the vicinity if needed: - Holiday Inn Budd Lake - Rockaway Area (approx. 20 minutes from venue) - Courtyard Rockaway/Mount Arlington (approx. 30 minutes from venue) - Hilton Garden Inn Rockaway (approx. 40 minutes from venue)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Absolutely! Please indicate this in your food selection portion of the RSVP process. You can also contact us directly and we will be sure to communicate to our venue as such!
Question
Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, BBV has multiple parking lots for your parking purposes.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There is! Transportation will be provided to and from the Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Newton. Departure from the hotel to the venue will be promptly at 4:30pm, and departure from the venue back to the hotel will be at 11:00pm.
