When should I RSVP by?

Answer

While planning far into the future can be hard it is best to have them in 60 days before the date. This is when we need to have our final guest count in to our catering company.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony start time is indicated on the invitation. To ensure you have enough time to grab yourself a drink and the seat you want arriving 20-30 min early would be best.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no dress code but please keep in mind this is a wedding. With that being said formal attire would be best for this.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation did not indicate a plus one then unfortunately no. While we would love to meet your no found loves or friends we have to maintain guest count for the wedding venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are absolutely welcome as long as they are indicated on the invitation you have received. We love each and everyone of them but with venue capacity in mind we have to maintain who was on the invitations.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes you can!!! Please indicate to us if you have an allergy and we can then let our catering company know so they can make accommodations for you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, you can find parking along the reception area.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are not staying at any of the hotels because Evergreen farms is so close to home. With that being said you are responsible for your transportation to and from the venue.
