Gabrielle and Roman first met back in 2017 during a student senate election (for which they both won). The two celebrated with their respective schools and friends, unaware of what was to later be, the beginning of forever. The two spent the next year working together as officers for their student senate, as just friends of course. Then they graduated and went their separate ways. Gabrielle went on to begin her journey in medicine at UNM, all while 75 miles away, Roman was studying engineering at NMT. During these four years of school, not one text, snap, or DM occurred between these two. Crazy I know! But, these two still followed each other's lives on social media, watching each other grow into amazing individuals and accomplishing their dreams. They both recall seeing each others photos and thinking that the other person was important to their life, but never knew why. In July of 2022, with the help of Hinge, the two reconnected. After their first date filled with calzones and ping pong, they were inseparable. Gabrielle and Roman had found their forever, and never turned back. They are thankful for God's perfect timing in their loving union.
