Yes, transportation between the airport and hotel and between hotel and parks is included. When arriving at Cancun airport, find the Hotel Xcaret lounge located just outside main airport exit doors on the righthand side, for access to the hotel shuttle. You can find busses to Xcaret Parks directly from the hotel lobby.
