Poet's Seat in Greenfield, Mount Sugarloaf in Sunderland, Mount Tom in Holyoke, Amethyst Brook in Amherst, all provide trails of various lengths and inclines and are a must-do when the weather is right. Looking for an accessible walking path? The Fort River Birding and Nature Trail in Hadley has an excellent boardwalk through restored wetlands.
