Maid of Honor
Mackenzie and I first met around 8 years old, though neither of us remember it. We re-met at a UNE open house in 2018. Our moms had been friends throughout high school, but had lost touch when we were younger. It feels like fait that we ran into each other at UNE and quickly became best friends. We were roommates through my 6 years of college. Mackenzie deserves an award for putting up with me through pharmacy school! She was Jon's sidekick planning our proposal and made sure I had the most special day. We are so fortunate to have her besides us for our engagement, for our wedding, and for our lives. -Amy
Best Man
Hayden has been like a little brother to me since we met in high school during football practice. Our bond continued through the winter during wrestling and the spring, where we pretended to care about track practice. Over the years, I have spent a lot of time at his family’s house. At the first visit, they made me feel like just another one of their 5 kids. His family did not even judge me when I showed up dressed as a hotdog after Hayden’s nephews gender reveal celebration. Hayden just asked what I would have done had it been a girl. Fun fact: Hayden came up to me before wrestling practice the day that Amy and I started dating and told me he knew so I didn’t even get to tell him. Hayden was one of the first people I called after getting engaged. We are so happy to have him by our side as we get married. -Jon
Bridesmaid
Colleen and I met watching our older brothers basketball games. In third grade, we began to play basketball together. We were friends throughout middle and high school, but our friendship excelled the last few years of high school. We stayed in touch throughout college, Colleen visiting me in Maine and me visiting her in Clemson, SC. Colleen reminds me not to take life too seriously and she balances out my Type A personality. She is an amazing friend and we always have so much fun together! -Amy
Groomsman
I first met Josh in person during a group hangout with Hayden and Zander. At that time, I had no idea how close Josh and I would be a few years later. What started out as playing video games together turned into hanging out every Friday night for "blue collar Friday's" (a.k.a. drinking & going to the casino) and watching watching football on Sunday afternoons. We always have a great time together - especially at the Brook. We can't imagine the day without him. -Jon
Bridesmaid
Mikayla and I met during my first rotation of pharmacy school, back in 2022. We started to eat lunch together daily and go for walks after work. Our friendship continued beyond Martin's Point Pharmacy. Mikayla was a constant cheerleader for me throughout school. We often reminisce on how life knew that we needed one another and how amazing it is that we met at the pharmacy. The greatest privilege of my friendship to Mikayla has been being her Maid of Honor when she was married 8/15/2025. -Amy
Groomsman
I first met Eric in the third grade when he moved to Salisbury. We would spend afternoons playing together at kids club and continued to be very close friends through middle and high school. We became especially close when we worked at Market Basket together. Eric even came in early to sit with me to calm my nerves before my very first shift at MB. He has been an amazing friend to me through many phases of my life. Jon and I even debated about which side Eric would stand on for our wedding day! He has been so supportive to us as a couple and we are both so lucky to have him in our lives. -Amy I first met Eric in third grade when he was in MY class and NOT Amys. Girls were gross back then anyways. Eric and I have been friends since then, always hanging out and playing basketball, even though I’m garbage. In high school when teachers would ask me where Eric was, I always said the same response, “I don’t know. Probably Market Basket in Seabrook.” Eric has been a 3rd wheel on plenty of dates with Amy and I and we are both so happy to have him here beside us on our wedding day. HAHA Amy! I win! He’s on my side! -Jon
Bridesmaid
Jess was one of the first pharmacy friends that I made at UNE. We met at an accepted students day and I used her as a human shield to hide from someone. She knew I was crazy and that we would be great friends. We instantly clicked and became study buddies. Our friendship continued to grow and she remains one of my closest friends. She sat to the left of me all throughout pharmacy school! It is so special to now have her next to me on my wedding day. -Amy
Groomsman
Ryan is one of my cousins who is only 2 months older than me. We hung out a lot growing up because my Nana and Ryan’s mom are sisters and they hung out a lot. Growing up we would always go swimming in his pool or in the lake at my grandparents house. We enjoyed playing baseball and football together too. If we weren’t outside we would be inside together playing video games. As we've gotten older, we have continued to hangout together. Ryan remains one of my closest cousins to this day. -Jon
Bridesmaid
Where do I even begin ?! Gracie and I met at kindergarten orientation when she asked if I wanted to be her friend. I was extremely shy and was crying on my moms leg that I did not want to practice riding the school bus. Gracie walked up and asked if I wanted to be her friend and sit with her on the bus ride. I am forever grateful for her bravery and courage. She was the first friend I made and I truly believe she helped me to get out of my shell. Over the years Gracie became my sister. Although we do not see each other often (Gracie is a travel queen who currently resides in Nashville, TN), every time she is in the area, we get together and it is as if no time has passed. My sister for life! -Amy ALSO - HUGE SHOUT OUT TO GRACIE FOR SETTING UP JON AND I!
Groomsman
Zander is the older of my two younger brothers. Growing up with Zander was interesting. He never did great in the kitchen, once setting a roll go paper towels on fire by having them right next to the gas burner. Luckily, I was there to put it out with a cup of juice. From then on I was in charge of cooking dinner when our mom would not be home. He never gave up on cooking through, which I admire him for. He even invented his own “tortilla grilled cheese” which is 2 tortillas with shredded cheese in the middle and toasted on both sides until the cheese is melted (isn't that a quesadilla?). He always has me laughing. One of Amys first encounters with Zander was when she drove him home from a track meet and he sat in the back seat of the car with a dead phone. The passenger seat was open and the car was silent. She thought he was super strange after that. Then, he saved a baby turtle from getting run over and she decided she liked him again. We have so many memories together and we are so lucky to have him be a part of our wedding day. -Jon
Bridesmaid
Julia and I met our first year of school at UNE and became such good friends that we decided to live together out second year of school in Biddeford before moving to the Portland campus. She remained a constant friend through pharmacy school and beyond. Julia has supported me through some of the hardest points of my life and I am forever grateful for our friendship. My lifetime study buddy and shoulder to lean on. She sat on the right side of me throughout all of school! Fun fact: Julia came with me to meet Tikka before we adopted her! -Amy
Groomsman
Evan is the youngest of my two brothers. He loved to play Call of Duty against Zander and me on his XBox360 growing up. Even now, he purchases the new Call of Duty games each year, but I don’t play against him anymore so I can always say he has never beaten me in a video game. Evan also used to be the “ball” in our favorite game to play in the water at our grandparents house. Zander and I would throw him towards the other person to splash them. I think Evan had the most fun in this game. After I got my license, I would drive Evan up to our grandparents house and he would complain about me safely weaving through traffic. I would always tell him, “I'm trying to drive, not sit in traffic.” Amy and I are super excited to have him by our side for our wedding day. -Jon
Junior Bridesmaid
Avery is one of Jon's first cousin. She is the cutest girl ever! When I first met Avery, she was ~6 months old. It has been so fun seeing her grow into the beautiful, smart, and kind girl she is today. We have so much fun together whether it is playing with dolls, making bath bombs, or just hanging out! I am so excited to have Avery by my side for this special day! -Amy
Junior Groomsman
Will is one of my first cousins who loves fishing, playing catch, baseball, and being outside. He always wants to play outside together no matter the time of day or the weather. The first time Amy met Will was when I went to my uncles house to help him put up a fence and someone needed to watch the kids. Amy jumped at the opportunity to play with them and about 5 minutes in, Will asked Amy, “do you want to stay over night? my house is big!” Amy broke his little heart by not staying the night, luckily Will was too young to remember. We are so happy to have him up front with us a Jr Groomsman at out wedding. -Jon
Officiant
My big brother! Austin has been by my side since day 1 (literally! crying to my mom asking if I could "go back" now when I was born). He has been one of my biggest supporters throughout life. He pushes me to be the best version of myself and encourages my hopes and dreams. We are honored to have Austin as our officiant! -Amy I know a few things about Austin for sure: he normally smells pretty good, loves public speaking and hates ChatGPT. I can't wait to have him officiate our wedding- Jon
