What time should I arrive?

Answer

The venue will be ready to receive guest at 4pm.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same place?

Answer

Yes- The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all at B2 Waters Edge.

Does the venue offer accommodations?

Answer

No- The venue itself does not provide overnight accommodations. However, we have included nearby hotel recommendations on the Travel tab.

Is transportation to the venue available?

Answer

The venue is somewhat remote. We kindly encourage guests to plan transportation ahead of time and consider rideshare services or designated drivers. Please help us celebrate safely and responsibly.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes- the venue has plenty of parking to host our event.

I have food allergies or dietary restrictions. Can I be accommodated?

Answer

Absolutely, please note any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special meal request on your response card. We want everyone to enjoy their meal and will work with our venue to accommodate your request.

What is the dress code?

Formal attire is requested. Suit & Tie, Evening Gowns, Formal Dresses

Will any part of the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes- The ceremony is outdoors, weather permitting. In the event of rain, the ceremony will seamlessly be moved indoors at the same location. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

While we can't predict the weather- normally early October averages daily highs in the 70s and lows dipping to upper 40s to low 50s. Please note the the ceremony is outside on the water and may feel cooler then the expected temperature for that day.
