When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We ask that you please RSVP by 11/1/2025. This will give us plenty of time to communicate our guest count to our vendors and make sure we have enough seating, food, and drinks for all in attendance.

What's the best way to RSVP?

Answer

The easiest way is likely to be here, on our wedding website. If you encounter any problems, feel free to contact the bride or groom and we will happily take care of that for you.

I'm coming from out of town and unfamiliar with the area. Where should I stay?

Answer

Firstly, we're so grateful you can make it! We've included a variety of hotels at various price points that can be found in the Travel section of our wedding website.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is semi formal. The gentlemen in our wedding party will be looking sharp in tuxedos and the ladies will be in elegant floor length gowns. If you have been waiting for an excuse to dress to the nines, this is your chance. Cocktail attire is perfectly welcome too. Most of all, we will just be happy to see you there.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4 o'clock. To ensure you are able to find a place to park and find a seat, please arrive by 3:45.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes. There is plenty of parking for everyone on site.

How will I know where to sit?

Answer

Our wedding coordinator will help point you in the right direction but just keep it simple: pick a seat, not a side. We’re all one big family today!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony so we kindly ask that you keep your phones put away until after the ceremony. We will have some pictures available here, on our wedding website, and will be happy to send you the link to our photographer's album to take a look if you'd like as well.

Will dinner be served?

Answer

Yes, dinner will be served after the ceremony followed by wedding cake. Dinner will have a vegetarian option as well as gluten free and dairy free options.

Will you be serving alcohol?

Answer

We’ll be serving two signature cocktails that can also be made alcohol free, along with wine, beer, and a selection of non alcoholic beer.

Can I bring or mail a wedding gift?

Answer

Absolutely, and thank you so much! If you purchase anything from our wedding registry, you will have the option to mail the gift to our home address. If you'd like to bring a card or gift, there will be a dedicated space for this at the venue.

We do! It can be found in the Registry tab here on our wedding website.

What time will the celebration be over?

Answer

Our send off is at 8:30 and our guests will be able to keep the party going until 9:00.
