When Should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than October 15th 2024. Any RSVPs received after this date will be rejected and we will be unable to accommodate you. RSVPing on time allows us to provide accurate numbers of attendees for our vendors. Thank you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Please come dressed in cocktail attire! All wedding events will take place indoors, with plenty of heating. Feel free to bring coats and jackets, as there is a coat check/rack at the venue. We do ask that you refrain from wearing any variation of white, as to not clash with the bride's attire.

Can I bring a Plus One?

Answer

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated in your invitation. We want everyone to share in the celebration and this will ensure that we are surrounded by our close family and friends. We hope you understand!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love all of the little ones in our family and friends' circles. However, this will be a child-free wedding, with the exception of the children in the wedding party. We encourage you to use this child-free evening to have a great, stress-free time!

What's the bar situation?

Answer

We will provide a full open bar with spirits, beer, two signature cocktails, and a selection of red and white wines. We will also have multiple non-alcoholic options, tea and coffee.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, the venue has an ample amount of parking on site. You will not have issues find a spot!

What if I'm unable to attend the wedding?

Answer

We'll miss you sorely, but we completely understand! We'd still like you to RSVP and select 'Will Not Attend' for your attendance. If you have already RSVP'd and you are no longer able to attend, that's okay, too! Please reach out to the bride or groom directly to let them know. Thank you!

How far away is the venue from the hotel?

Answer

If you're staying at the preferred hotel, Delta By Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront, the venue is approximately 3 mins away (by car) to The Gala 417. If you are not staying at the preferred hotel, please be sure to review your travel time to the venue to ensure you arrive in a timely fashion.
