Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal. Think elegant and elevated! For the ladies, a floor-length gown or shorter dressy cocktail dress is perfect. For the gentlemen, a suit with a tie and dress shoes will do the trick. This is not black tie! Make sure your shoes are dancing ones. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and yourself. We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone looking their best!

Can I bring a date?

Please check your invitation to see if a named plus-one was included on the envelope. We kindly ask you to RSVP only for those listed.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but except for children in our immediate family, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Our ceremony begins at 4:30pm sharp. Please arrive by 4pm so you can enjoy the ambiance and mingle!

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Poconos in February is no joke. Our ceremony will be indoors with lots of heat!

I have a food allergy / dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! When you get your formal invitation, you can make these notes in your RSVP. This includes requests for a vegetarian meal.

Are you registered?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! We are so lucky to already have a home full of everything we need. If you wish to honor us with a gift, we would be grateful for a contribution to our honeymoon fund as we celebrate our first adventure as a married couple. See the "Registry" tab for more details.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Since our ceremony, reception and after party will all take place at Woodstone Country Club, no transport or shuttle will be required. For those not staying onsite, Uber and Lyft operate in the area.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking onsite, including designated disabled parking spots.

Are there any events the day before or the day after the wedding?

Answer

We will be hosting a small gathering the night before the wedding for our immediate family and those who are flying in from Ireland and the UK. For anyone staying overnight at the venue, a continental breakfast will be available the following morning before check-out. For anyone staying in the area for a few days, we will reach out to you directly to ensure we spend time with you!

Is there somewhere local I can get beauty treatments done?

Answer

There are many hair and nail places and they are dependent on where you are staying. We recommend Googling the closest one to you. For nails, you can typically call the day of or walk in. For hair, you should book online, email or call ahead of time since weekend appointments can be hard to get. For make up, we suggest Ulta Beauty in Bartonsville. Appointments can be made online. Ulta can also do hair appointments.
