The true time and place of the meeting was, in fact, a dining hall in spring 2013. They were on campus for Stanford's Admitted Students weekend and in line to make ice-cream sundaes. Suddenly a voice thundered across the room. "Is your name Rohit? Do you go to Dana Hills High?" Sarah inquired, recognizing the name as someone who had gone to high school with her cousin. Pretty soon, they were fast friends and by the end of sophomore year, the pair was inseparable. Sarah and Rohit’s friendship would continue through college, rooted in a love of adventure, music, Domino's pizza, and chats about everything from politics to history, culture and philosophy. After college, they went in different directions: Rohit, to be a finance guy, and Sarah, to explore religion and spirituality in Israel. As luck would have it, Sarah returned to the States and soon, they were hanging out again, helped in part by an escapade to Coachella in 2019. Not long after, they realized that perhaps things were meant to be and stopped fighting fate. Fast forward a few years, countless adventures, and the occasional pizza related detour, and here we are!
