Things To DoThings To Do

This is a small list of some of our favorite things to do and places to eat at in SF. We are more than happy to provide more recs if needed (please reach out)! We love our city and can't wait for you to see it!
Ocean Beach

Ocean BeachOcean Beach

1306 Point Lobos Ave, San Francisco, CA 94121

Ocean Beach is hands down Pinot's favorite place in the city! It is home to 3.5 miles of coastline and San Francisco's newest park, Sunset Dunes. We highly recommend a long walk along the park or the beach. For our more adventurous friends, we recommend trying surfing - just don't forget the wetsuit! While you're here, we recommend popping by Andytown for a coffee, Devil's Teeth for a breakfast sandwich or Woods Outbound for a beer!

Golden Gate Bridge & Crissy Field

Golden Gate Bridge & Crissy FieldGolden Gate Bridge & Crissy Field

201 Marine Drive, San Francisco, CA 94129

Walk around Crissy Field and to Fort Point for great views of the Golden Gate Bridge. We highly recommend stopping by the Fort Point National Historic site and museum. For the more adventurous folks, we recommend renting bikes from Sports Basement and biking Hawk Hill (Rohan's favorite bike ride!) for the incredible views of the city and the Golden Gate Bridge!

Golden Gate Park

Golden Gate ParkGolden Gate Park

100 John F Kennedy Dr, San Francisco, CA 94118

Golden Gate Park is SF's biggest (and best!) park. There is SO much to do and see here, but Pinot's favorite walk follows JFK Dr starting at the Conservatory of Flowers, looping around Blue Heron lake and back. We also highly recommend checking out the Disc Golf course, the Botanical Gardens and the Bison Paddock. (Yes, there are real Bison that live there!)

North Beach

North BeachNorth Beach

Columbus Ave & Stockton Street, San Francisco, CA 94133

North Beach is San Francisco's Little Italy. North beach is known for its hilly streets, incredible food and city skyline views. This is the first neighborhood that Jessie lived in when she moved here! Grab a plate of the best pasta outside of Italy at Italian Homemade, a slice of incredible focaccia pizza at Golden Boy or a slice of strawberry shortcake at Stella Pastry

Lands End Trail

Lands End TrailLands End Trail

680 Point Lobos Ave, San Francisco, CA 94121

One of our favorite parts of living in San Francisco is the small pockets of nature inside the big city! Lands End is an incredible walking trail that begins at Sutro Baths (the ruins of an old bathhouse) and stunning views of the Ocean and the Golden Gate Bridge. It's an out and back that's about 3.4 miles.

Ferry Building

Ferry BuildingFerry Building

San Francisco, CA 94105

Visit SF's iconic Ferry Building for stunning views of the bay & visit the indoor marketplace for a collection of food, drink and various SF themed knick knacks. Our favorite stands include El Porteño Empanadas, Stonehouse California Olive Oil, Fort Point Beer Company and Recchiuti Confections!
